Pricing Guarantee
Our preferred vendor savings are passed on to you, with no markups on routine maintenance. Your monthly financial packets include all vendor invoices for full transparency. If you find a lower price from the same vendor, we will refund the difference.
Tenant Background
Guarantee
We personally meet every applicant and perform comprehensive criminal and financial background checks. Tenants are placed only after they meet the following criteria:

Owner Distribution Guarantee
You deserve timely payments. Therefore, we process your owner distribution (paid rent, less vendor bills) by the 10th of every month, or we refund that month's management fee.
Note: We cannot guarantee actual timing of receiving funds, which depends on your bank (for ACH), or USPS (for mailed checks).
